The rooms were very well equipped and tidy. The bistro owned by the proprietor, where we dined, offered high‑quality cuisine in a warm setting. The owner and staff were lovely. We loved it.

The accommodation was decent and the price/value matched. Check‑in started at 16:00, but we were allowed in an hour earlier. You had to check in at a restaurant, then someone would come and show you the room. Everything fit.

The spot is smack in the middle of the village, and even during the village festivals the double‑pane windows cut out most of the noise. If I could add something, a small sofa or armchair and an espresso machine with a couple of capsules for the first morning would have made it perfect.
