“Our stay.”
The staff on the phone were very helpful with the screen check‑in, and when I couldn’t order a taxi to the airport because I wasn’t understood, they arranged one for me. Thank you.
The location is super central, and the area stays safe even late at night, which mattered a lot for us two girls; the staff were very friendly and offered helpful suggestions.
“Ottimo”
The building was clean and the location is perfect, just steps from the main square and the metro station; we really liked the quick WhatsApp support and the water dispenser; personally I miss having a receptionist on site, but that’s just my taste; the price is a touch high for a single night, even considering the central spot; the only hiccup was the elevator sometimes taking a while to read the key and descend; I’d definitely come back.

The spot is good, but the room was dusty and the bathroom had hair, plus the toilet paper bin hadn’t been emptied by the previous guests; there was no staff present to address the issue, and the AC thermostat was stuck at 20 °C, making it unbearably cold, with the staff telling us to be patient and that a room change wasn’t possible; everything was automated and no one was on hand; the room faced a dark courtyard.
