It was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the TV box just wouldn't connect.

How spacious and clean the property was, yet there weren't enough blankets for each bed.

The room is spacious, but there was no backup during the power/electricity shut down, the walls weren't soundproof so you get disturbed by noise from other rooms, and in the morning the water was cold.

The room is spacious, has an air‑conditioner, and the water is always hot no matter what time of day it is. However, there's no rail to hang your washing cloth or towels in the bathroom, no couch or extra space to put clothes, no extra pillows or blankets for sleeping or traveling bags, and although the booking showed 2 adults, you find only 1 chair in the room—meaning you have to put your clothes on it after taking them off or after ironing, and you should also use it to sit, to put extra pillows and duvets. The staff are always on their cellphone, putting it on speaker and laughing out loud, except for the gate man. There are no remotes; whenever you go in and out you have to shout or call the receptionist to open, and at times they take time to answer the phone. Their wifi seems to work during certain times; during the night or early hours of the morning it does not work. The room is very spacious; they could work some magic to make the place more accommodating.
