The spot is perfect for LBA, but parking could be better.

The location was perfect for a function in Otley, but the hotel needs a total revamp: the bathroom was dirty with enamel missing in several spots, cleanliness was lacking, the pillows felt like lumps of concrete, the mattress was worn, bedroom decor was shabby, and curtains were sagging—having stayed here many years ago, it seems time has stood still and little investment has occurred, which is a shame given its good position.

The location is handy for the airport, and Shelley at reception was friendly; Joa, the night duty manager, went above and beyond to help me. The rooms could use better internet connectivity.

After having to stay after a medical emergency on our flight home the staff could not be more helpful and kind even though we was booking day by day
