The stay is the best you can find in Madeira. Value for price is amazing. The room has a really nice view, the kitchen is well equipped, and the owner is very kind and gives good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The location in Arco da Calheta is peaceful and perfect for exploring the west side of the island. The shared kitchen was clean and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The host was very welcoming and check-in was smooth. Great value for money. Honestly, there was nothing major to complain about

Very beautiful view over Arco de Calheta, very peaceful and fresh in the morning. The room was really large with plenty of storage, a big bathroom (no shower gel/shampoo!), and every two rooms shared a beautiful view. Two other rooms were rented (and shared another bathroom) but there was plenty of space in the kitchen and living areas, and the owner was very meticulous about the cleanliness of the common areas (breakfast not included). There is parking in the street across the road with no problem, that stretch is reserved for it. The accommodation is 10‑15 minutes from very beautiful beaches at Madalena do Mar and Ponta do Sol and close to the PR6, for example. Damned for the rooster at 5 am, it’s not right next to it but personally with light sleep I had to sleep with earplugs. The owner regularly passes by and likes to chat, he takes care of everything himself, it gives a bit more of a “home‑guest” feeling.
