The King Room – Mobility Accessible is a smoking‑permitted space designed for easy access. It features one extra‑large double bed and can accommodate an additional extra bed, sleeping up to four guests. Climate control, a flat‑screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, and a safe are provided for comfort and convenience.
Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the staff and service, but the facilities feel a bit outdated.
Everything was great, the hotel’s location was perfect and the security measures were solid. A big thanks to Camila 王雨晴, whose skill and helpful attitude really stood out. 🙏
“Poor Service”
The staff at the reception desk were really rude, especially when it came to the deposit - they just charged the full amount to my card and then told me it would take a week to get it back.

I wasn't thrilled with the location, so I asked to switch rooms - and was pretty disappointed that it wasn't possible. It was New Year's Eve, I was traveling from another country, and I could see there were available rooms on the booking site. Feels pretty unfair, especially since I'd cancelled a stay at the Intercontinental to book here instead.
