The room was clean but basic. It looked better on the photos than in reality. We had a stunning view of Ha Long Bay from our room on the 20th floor, this was a highlight of our stay. There were no alcoholic beverages except beers in the restaurant. The Manager was very helpful and organized spirits for us from outside. The breakfast was not catered for international tourists, we didn’t not enjoy it

It was very close to the cruise harbour if you're going on Ha Long cruise. It was a ghost hotel! There seemed to be nobody around, we had to go to the other building for breakfast which wasn't so great. No coffee! Even though there were so few guests, I think the service level should have been excellent but it wasn't. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel even though the room was great, everything else was very average. When you step out of your room, it felt like a sauna .the air con was set at an odd temperature

Everything was amazing—from the staff to the location and cleanliness. The elevators were a bit slow.
