This place is amazing in every way: clean, comfortable, meals great, location perfect. The whole family went above and beyond to help us. Since my husband has serious walking difficulties, owner Seiran assisted him up and down the stairs and even took our rental car for a wash. His son Armen kindly drove me to exchange money, and Bella, the wonderful host, was exceptionally attentive to all our needs. Bella also pointed me to the nearby restaurant Gamarjoba, where Rozana and her family served delicious meals with remarkable warmth, so we didn’t have to search for dinner options. Only a family‑run hotel like this could offer such heartfelt hospitality and care.

The bed was the best I slept in on my whole trip, the hosts were incredible and helped with everything I needed, the breakfast was the best, and I would recommend this place to any traveler, from solo to families; the location is superb.

“Perfect stay! Will do it again if I was ever back in the area!”

It felt like a home away from home. The guesthouse owners were very warm and hospitable. Breakfast was huge and delicious. I normally don’t eat cheese, but the khachapuri was really tasty. And it’s literally steps away from Rabati Fortress.

The family is wonderful and provides top‑level guest services. The cleanliness is impeccable, the location is excellent, and breakfast is a whole table that can’t be missed – it’s all for the two of you. We’re not staying here for the first time, but you need to book early – demand is high and the reputation matches expectations. Everything is great, thank you.
