The reception was very friendly from the two ladies, and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was varied every day and really pleasant. Nothing else to note.

Everything was perfect—this was the best riad we stayed in during our entire Morocco road trip, from the room to the hospitality to the food.

The terrace offered beautiful views and the room was clean, with a rare street-facing window for a riad and a good location. The check‑in was a nightmare: we had already sent our estimated arrival time twice before the trip, yet when we arrived at the scheduled time there was no staff on site, the door was locked, no one answered the phone, and after a while we finally got a message and a girl appeared after 10 minutes. We had to stand outside in the cold for half an hour without access to a bathroom, and no one ever apologized. At 90 euros per night the service was terrible. Breakfast was weak, lacking eggs or omelette, and there was no hair shampoo—only shower gel. For such an overpriced stay they can't even provide a simple bottle of shampoo. There are other riads nearby with equally stunning views for a much lower price.
