“UNA NOTTE PER CONCERTO”
It’s a family‑run B&B, essentially a big house with a few rooms. A gate and a short path surrounded by a tidy garden lead to the entrance. On the ground floor is a reception in a large hall, and upstairs are the rooms. The owners are friendly, and the basic but well‑provided breakfast is served at Hotel Volta, 50 m away, run by the owners’ son. The location is quiet, convenient for travel, but a bit out of town, so you’ll need a car; hopefully the new tram line will fix that. There’s on‑site parking and also nearby options. The room and bathroom are fairly large and spacious with furniture and fixtures that, although dated, meet every need; everything is clean, and the spring mattress is comfortable. I’d suggest a slight update to the property itself, at least to modernise it a bit without losing its style. Some cobwebs here and there, on the curtains and the wall lamps, were off‑putting and sent a negative message. The corridor that connects the rooms, probably lined, makes noise when people walk early in the morning; the sound is felt in the room and can wake you up early. It’s not a disaster, but it’s not pleasant either.
