The shower sprayer hook was broken and never fixed, the room had no shampoo, and the bath needed repairs. The price shown on booking was 444k, but the actual single room cost 250k. The staff said we paid through booking. The price is too high for the room.

The hotel's location is a bit of a trek from the city center, but that's not the only reason people get confused. There are 20 other properties with the same name inside the city, which doesn't help. To make matters worse, Google's updated addresses aren't doing the hotel any favors, so you'll likely need to ask the staff for help navigating. It's a bit frustrating that the hotel's assistant has to correct Google's mistakes.
