The room was spacious, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The location was also extremely convenient. Additionally, Ms. Joya’s accommodating and responsive service was a standout during my stay. There were noticeable gaps in staff communication, which affected the overall experience. Due to this miscommunication, the housekeeping staff manager was rude on multiple occasions. Even at the time of checkout, when I requested assistance with my luggage, he responded rudely, saying he was busy with other guests, despite knowing I was getting late for my flight. The stay began with a very warm and professional gesture from Ms. Joya, but unfortunately ended in a way that made us feel as if we had stayed for free.
