“Buena ubicación, buen desayuno, personal amable”

The room was a bit tight for two large suitcases, but we managed. We appreciated the staff’s attitude and the cleanliness, and breakfast had several good options. The hotel is just steps from Calle Vaci, full of shops, yet it remains very quiet. Its central location means you can walk to the Central Market one way, and on the other side you reach the Noria and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. About two blocks away is the Danube riverbank where you can catch the tram to Parliament or reverse for a boat ride. The hotel was under renovation, and one elevator looked unattractive, but it’s expected to improve soon.

“Excellent little boutique hotel.”

The hotel sits right in the heart of Budapest, making it easy to walk around the city. I was lucky to stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms, which were spacious, had a very comfy bed, a nice bathroom, and a small seating area. The hotel is medium‑sized but has great facilities, a superb breakfast, and the staff were helpful and friendly—perfect for exploring Budapest. The only drawback was that the air‑conditioning was a bit hard to adjust.

The location was fine, but the hotel turned out to be a huge disappointment. The four‑star standard was far from met—mold in the bathroom, dirt, stained curtains, and visible renovations everywhere. Even the lighting didn’t work properly. It was especially sad because the stay was a birthday gift meant to be special. I definitely do not recommend it.

The hotel is located in the tourist center of Budapest. It offers a varied and ample breakfast, rooms with four-star amenities, friendly staff, and daily housekeeping. Although it is a four-star hotel, water, tea, and coffee in the room are only available for an additional charge. In the bathroom, shower gel was missing, and there was no shampoo.
