Everything was close by, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was big with a lovely ensuite, the beds and pillows were comfy, and the whole place was clean with a nice vibe.

The Derby Hotel, a family-run establishment, is centrally located in Barrow-in-Furness, near the Rail Station. Hotel clean ,nice pub below. Staff very helpful. Location to train station and shops perfect. Bus to hospital across road. We managed, but the stairs to room (we have leg issues)

The location, staff, and room were good, but transvestites wandered the halls asking if I swung.

The place was clean, the staff were helpful, and I was thankful, yet the bed lamp was broken, the shower pipe leaked everywhere, and the double bed wasn’t suitable for us since we normally sleep in a super king—future stays should be a king or larger.
