The bed was comfortable and the room spacious, parking on site, staff were helpful, but the location was very off‑center relative to everything.

The place is in a great spot and the owner is nice. There was nothing negative.

The hotel was cozy, the staff were helpful and quick to fix small issues (they moved us to another room when we said the hot water wasn’t working). Breakfast was good. The location is central, close to ruins and some cenotes. The rooms were very noisy and hot even with the air‑conditioner. Many things malfunctioned (hair dryer, low hot water even in the new room). Parking spots were very limited compared to the number of rooms.

The staff were amazing, very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. The atmosphere was nice.
