Nothing positive to mention. The place was a nightmare; we booked five nights but switched after the first night because hygiene was practically ignored—there was a hair in our breakfast and a dirty egg, the towel we received was filthy and when we asked for a fresh one the staff just muttered “tomorrow” and never delivered it, the vacuum was unknown to them, the bedding felt like dirty fur, the air‑conditioning was terrible, and there seemed to be no cleaning service at all. They offered a room change, but nobody would want to stay in that mess, and when we refused they refused any refund. Stay away.

The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were grimy and damp, and I don’t recommend it.

“Location wise ok”

The location was fine, but the room fridge didn’t work, the AC was on, the radiator was broken, there was no water service, and no room service.

We came from Azerbaijan, and the hotel’s location is excellent—everything you can visit is close by. The metro and tram are a 5‑10 minute walk away. Receptionist Aziz helped with everything; thank you, Aziz, and I’ll come back because of the service he showed. The price was good for everything.

“Daha büyük bir oda olsaydı belki daha memnun kalırdım.”

The price and location were good, but breakfast was made from two‑ or three‑day‑old supplies; the tomatoes, cucumbers and even the olives were stale and wrinkled. The room was extremely tiny—two people could barely stand side by side. It wasn’t cleaned unless we asked, and the sheets were never changed. To top it off, the Wi‑Fi was weak everywhere, barely reaching the fourth floor.
