The position. The structure was obsolete, and the hot water from the services came out dark.

The staff availability. There was no air conditioning, and the room felt like an oven.

The entire stay was perfect, except the window frame didn’t seal properly.

The breakfast wasn’t included with the Booking offer; I should have paid 7 euros per person. The décor, especially the bathroom cleanliness, was lacking, and the room felt very hot because of the courtyard view and cramped space. There was a small fridge, but I had to pay to activate it and I declined.
