The room was very small, had no facilities, the bathroom was tiny for 3-4 people, the lift was too small, and the entrance steps seemed very different for senior citizens; room service was also lacking.

The staff, especially Mr Amit and Abhikhet, were very helpful and supportive, arranging tickets for Mandir darshan and a Vindyachal tour, and kept us honest about unreasonable vendor demands so we could make informed choices; thank you for the kind gesture. However, the washroom was too small to meet my expectations, I was unhappy with Mr Aman Sharma who was supposed to arrange Mandir darshan but failed, and I learned he may have charged a commission on the activities he arranged, which feels unethical (though I’m not sure if that’s true) and raised doubts; I would have appreciated transparency about his fee beforehand.

The staff were very cordial and the service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness.

“Good staff but poor property”

The food was good and the staff was exceptionally cooperative, but the property is poorly maintained, with rooms and toilets that smell and look nothing like the pictures.
