We had an incredible experience at this hotel - everything was perfect, from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. We can't think of a single thing that would have made our stay better.

We were blown away by the Shanol Residency - it's a real gem in this part of the world. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are warm and welcoming. We felt like we were part of the family during our 4-night stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone. The only downside was that we had to leave all too soon.
