The heating didn’t work and I didn’t get the room I had booked and paid for.

The breakfast was good, but the room had no heating and we felt cold.

We ran into some accommodation issues that were eventually fixed. We had to change rooms three times because they weren’t usable; maintenance was lacking, but the third room was fine.
