The property offers very spacious, quiet rooms in an optimal spot for reaching the main Franciacorta destinations, and the on‑site parking is convenient and useful; Francesca welcomed us warmly and gave helpful tips to make the stay even better.

The area was calm and very safe, though I would have appreciated a shelf in the bathroom to set my toiletry bag.

The room had remnants of false eyelashes both inside and in common areas, the bathtub had hair, and overall it was not the cleanest room I had stayed in—quite the opposite.
