Convenient location, but nothing special – just what I expected.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty, yet the shower door seal was broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and one side of the bed felt broken.

The hotel’s cleanliness and proximity to the port made it very convenient, the rooms were comfortable and nice, and the underground parking was a big plus; breakfast was excellent and the TV offered plenty of UK channels. The only downsides were the lack of air conditioning (only fans available) and no kettles in the rooms, though one was always accessible at reception.
