The windows were framed with beautiful flowers, old wood, and Austrian décor, and the parking was just across the street. Dinner and breakfast were superb—each dinner cost 23 euros and included a free alcoholic or non‑alcoholic drink, a salad bar, soup, main course, and dessert. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning, but I knew that beforehand; we opened both balcony doors that face the Kriml Wasserfalle at night to let cool air in.

The check‑in was smooth and the staff were welcoming, and the buffet dinner offered a decent variety that kept us satisfied. Nothing really stood out as a problem, so overall a pleasant stay.

We were greeted warmly at the front desk and even got a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. Both dinner and breakfast were tasty, and the price felt right since meals, drinks and waterfall tickets were all included. The spa area looked nice, though it felt a bit cramped, and the shower’s soap dispenser didn’t work.

The pool was fantastic when it was open, but unfortunately it was shut down because of a technical issue. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, and we noticed the staff seemed a bit inattentive overall. Still, the rest of the facilities were okay.
