Everything was perfect! The staff were very attentive, the facilities were immaculate, and the location was close to everything—definitely coming back.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The mattress seems to need replacing or its material is poor, and curtains are missing for more privacy.

From the moment I stepped inside, Gisela, Mauricio, and everyone else on the team made me feel welcome; they handled everything with genuine care, so I felt completely secure.

I loved the location—just 4 streets from the cathedral, 3 from the Palafoxiana library, and 2 from the Carmen area. The facilities were tidy and the shared bathrooms were spotless, with hot water for showers. Traveling solo with my daughter, I felt the place was very safe. Everything was fine.
