The staff, especially Mattia, tried to accommodate my request for a continental breakfast instead of the Italian one, at least in sandwich form.

The place is well situated, but the Neapolitan breakfast wasn’t actually available—extra payment was required—and the shower needed a thorough scrub because of black mold everywhere.

The location is great and Mariachiara handled everything wonderfully; the rooms are comfortable and well laid out, yet the Wi‑Fi barely reaches the room and the air conditioning doesn’t cool enough until the early morning hours.
