I was thrilled to find figs at breakfast, which I’d say was exceptional, and the Ferragosto lunch was great; the pool was stunning.

The place is quiet and peaceful on the hills, with a pool to cool off, and my room had air conditioning; the owners are very friendly, though I think the décor could be a bit more refined and some of the paintings felt unsettling.
The atmosphere is family‑friendly, tranquil, and serene.

The estate sits on a hill just a few kilometres from Benevento and is well connected, offering a fantastic 360‑degree view; breakfast is simple but sufficient, and the warm croissants delivered every morning by owner Ms. Silvia are a treat; the pool is impeccably maintained, and you can dine on-site with authentic dishes carefully prepared by Mr. Massimo. No complaints.

It’s a very nice spot for an overnight stay: clean, with beautiful views, very relaxing, and very dog‑friendly; the host was attentive and served a lovely breakfast. Unfortunately the on‑site restaurant was closed during our visit. Plenty of parking is available, and once the swimming pool is operational it will be an excellent place to unwind. The remote location means you’ll need a car.
