I woke up to a breakfast that just didn't hit the mark, and overall I felt I didn't get my money's worth. My room only had a single towel, no bar fridge, and lacked the usual standard amenities. It felt stuffy and cramped.

There was nothing positive to note. The place was dirty, and the staff seemed indifferent, as if the situation was just accepted. I felt it was a waste of energy, especially after driving in, checking in, and seeing the room that was supposed to be a suite but fell far short of expectations.

Nothing special stood out. The price was far too high, the breakfast was disappointing in both taste and presentation, and the room was old and outdated with linen that needed attention. I had to wait 45 minutes in reception to confirm my payment, and the whole place had an unpleasant odor. I won’t return and have found better value elsewhere for half the price.

The carpet in my room was dirty and had several burns that were hidden by how the beds were positioned. The TV had no clear signal, and I had no hot water in the late afternoon when I needed a shower after an event. The room quality didn’t match the rates, and the restaurant was closed for dinner even though the room said it served between 6pm and 9pm. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

The building itself is nice and centrally located, and the hot shower was a plus. However, the carpets were old and stained, the windows were dirty, and the pool was dirty too. There was no bar fridge, TV channels were limited, and when I checked in at 4 I found no towels in the room—towels only arrived at 4:30pm. The price was way too high for what was offered.
