We enjoyed a lovely stay at Hotel Rajshree Chandigarh with both families and would recommend it for anyone looking to stay near Elantemall in Chandigarh.

The exterior construction is solid, but the room I received was noisy from the lobby, quite loud, and the room itself was mediocre and in need of repairs. Basic items such as towels and glasses were missing.

“Not Recommended”

Nothing positive. I booked the hotel, but upon arrival the staff refused me check‑in, claiming no rooms were available. I presented my booking voucher on the app, yet they still denied me. They explained that because I had booked this hotel several times before, some of the booking amounts were being shared with an agent, and advised me to walk in and ask for availability instead. I tried contacting customer service and Fab support, but their numbers were unreachable. After almost two hours of conversation with the staff and no acceptance of my voucher, I left the hotel and found another nearby place because it was too late and cold outside during winter. It was a terrible experience.

“Warnung! Bloß nicht als Ausländer buchen!”

We were denied check‑in with the excuse that we were foreigners and were directed to a neighboring hotel, which seemed suspicious. We still haven’t received a refund after three weeks and likely never will.
