The building was very clean and fragrant.

The best impression was left by the housekeeper Katja, who was very friendly and approachable. We mainly complained that the restaurant couldn’t find two free seats for dinner. I understand everything was booked in advance, but if there’s willingness, a solution can always be found, especially since we were guests staying there. We were surprised when a male kitchen staff member said the accommodation and the restaurant had nothing to do with each other. So we ended up going to Susak and eating sandwiches!
The apartment is great. The owners are attentive. The restaurant is excellent. The name of the inn is Barbara. Unfortunately there is a middleman who uses the booking site and the booking customers to “sell” the inn through that site. I paid more than 100% of the amount… I think the owner also wasn’t aware of that abusive price. Disappointment. I’m waiting for a response from the booking. The inn is called Barbara and the apartment price is 35 euros. I paid 83 euros through booking. That’s when I discovered that there are middlemen now between the apartments and booking. This inflates the price a lot. All of us are cheated by this (the owner didn’t know the abusive price and realized he was being harmed because the value of his apartment is no longer competitive, booking disappoints its customer by charging a high price and the middleman uses customers who have earned trust with honest work, and the customer pays what isn’t worth it). The only one who benefits is the middleman: he earned more than everyone else without doing almost anything. I felt cheated. I paid 138% more than the value. I will wait for a response from booking (I’ve already sent 3 messages).

The location in the center of the upper village is excellent. On the ground floor the hosts run a tavern, so you can have coffee and breakfast right away. The hosts are always there, very polite and ready to answer any questions. A small fridge is in front of the room, and there’s a kettle inside.
