I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel before, and I must say that it's improved significantly since my last visit. The staff are now friendly and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The hotel's location offers breathtaking views of the sea and lagoon, and the sunrise is truly stunning. The pool area is well-maintained, with comfortable sunbeds and private seating areas.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's location was fantastic, and the shuttle service from the airport was a great touch. The breakfast and drinks at the bar were also top-notch. We were particularly impressed with the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The hotel was dirty and disorganized, with a lack of basic amenities such as water and a mini-fridge. The staff were unhelpful and seemed to be more interested in their own conversations than in attending to our needs. The hotel's location was also a major issue, with temperatures reaching 42 degrees Celsius.

I was initially excited about my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. The room I was given was a single bedroom, which was not what I had booked - a junior suite with multiple beds. To make matters worse, the hotel staff claimed that the breakfast included in my booking was only for me, not my child. The room itself was also dirty and dusty, with a strong smell of drainage water. The pool was in a terrible state, with muddy water due to the dusty access.

The hotel manager was very kind and helpful, always willing to assist us. The hotel's location was excellent, with a great view of the surrounding area. However, the hotel itself had some issues, including a non-functional door and a need for maintenance. The rooms were also not very clean. Despite these issues, we were generally satisfied with our stay.
