It's really well located, makes getting around a breeze.
The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful - we actually found out someone had dropped a wallet and they tracked down the owner, which was pretty amazing.
The hotel restaurant serves a pretty good dinner, which is definitely a plus.

Strolling around 法租界衢弄 was extremely pleasant, though the breakfast was rather ordinary and didn’t give any real incentive to get up early.
A wonderful hotel in traditional style with excellent staff and a perfect location in the heart of the old French concession.
This place is in a really lovely neighborhood, that's for sure. The European breakfast options were a bit limited though.
The location and staff were great, and the overall hotel environment was very pleasant with well‑decorated vintage or antique furniture. Breakfast is simple but good. In 5 ms you’re near shops and restaurants, and just a few minutes from the metro station. The room was rather small, making it hard to open and move the bag around. The toilet is also tiny—just enough space. Moreover, there’s no desk or workspace, only bedside mini tables; if you need to work you have to go to the reception or café. The restaurant below could improve—the food is of very average quality.
