They didn’t provide breakfast, but the location was great. The only thing to note—not a real complaint—is that at check‑in I was told the room would be cleaned twice a week. I stayed for three weeks and it was never cleaned.

The spot is good, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired; the place didn't smell fresh, and over the 10 days I stayed the beds and carpets clearly needed replacement.

The manager, Kathryn, was a liar; she claimed I had a dog when I didn't, even after I told her the day before that there was none, and when I came to rebook before noon she flat‑out denied my reservation and refused to give it back.

It was super quiet and I felt safe throughout my stay.
