I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at this hotel, particularly with the restaurant. Not only was the food overpriced, but it was also disappointing in terms of quality, and to top it off, the restaurant itself was dirty. On the other hand, the receptionists were a highlight, displaying exceptional professionalism and helpfulness.

My experience at this hotel was a blend of highs and lows. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, particularly in arranging taxis for me. The hotel's location, foyer, and pool area were also notable positives, along with the great shower and filtered water. However, I did encounter several issues, including the unpleasant odor from the toilet, which could have been alleviated with a toilet freshener or cleaner.
