The restaurant was great with many food options; management was caring and supportive, found my lost luggage and arranged a taxi. The breakfast at the restaurant and the service need improvement. The air‑con needs servicing, otherwise it smells very moldy; the dehumidifier is a lifesaver. One male receptionist had an attitude and behaved rudely.

The breakfast was good, but it was a pity the hours didn’t start earlier for those who need to leave for the airport in the morning. In the bathrooms, the flush was clogged and backed up; two interventions occurred within two days.

It’s a very nice hotel, comfortable. I had a great experience with the reception staff and the main restaurant staff, and loved their breakfast. The waiter at the backstage restaurant needs to learn customer service; he completely ignored me for over 20 minutes in an empty restaurant. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough. The dinner and lunch menus aren’t that great. There are no sockets next to the beds, only a USB port.

The only bright spot was the friendly staff, but everything else was awful. The building clearly needs a makeover: the room smelled bad, the drains were clogged, and maintenance seemed ignored. Breakfast was a disaster—low‑quality food and the kitchen couldn’t even make a decent cappuccino. For the price you pay, you should get a clean, working room and a decent breakfast, but neither was provided.
