Breakfast was amazing, and the owners were just as great – friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. Would definitely come back for another bite.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, charming, and always ready to lend a hand; their humility really stuck with us. Finding the place was a hassle though – the address sent us to Yerevan and we ended up meeting the host on foot at a pre‑arranged spot.

Our first stay here turned out to be a real pleasure – the owners were welcoming, the whole house felt cozy, and the breakfasts were hearty, varied, and served whenever we wanted. The rooms were spacious, there’s a small kitchen upstairs and a summer kitchen out back, and the spot is conveniently off the main road with a bus stop just minutes away for Yerevan trips. We’ll remember the time spent here with warmth.

This was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had – we didn’t just visit, we lived like part of an Armenian family, eating, chatting, and feeling at home. Rafael drove us to and from the Arzni sanatorium, set up a local sightseeing tour, and treated us to a trout dinner, while his wife Armine wowed us with national dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit, even sharing recipes she takes to Riga.
