Everything was great, and everything was great.

I didn’t like that they claimed we didn’t stay there. We did, and my card was charged. Overall, the place did what it was supposed to do. I’m still unsure about their tech glitch, but we definitely stayed. I’m unhappy that they tried to charge us a one‑night cancellation fee when we never cancelled.

Toilet didn't flush, TV didn't have sound, ran out of breakfast before 830

“Get rid of the carpet and put hardwood floors maybe that salad smell won’t be there no more”

I stayed right next to the interstate, but my room smelled sour and only had a small TV – nobody should be forced to use a 32‑inch screen. I’ve ridden a motorbike for 10 days, and every hotel I booked had a 45‑inch TV, so that was a let‑down.
