Almost everything was great—peaceful, surrounded by nature, and fully equipped. Initially, the staff didn’t answer our calls, and the place is hard to find if you don’t know where it is.

The only thing worth mentioning is the location. The rooms don’t match what’s shown online; the photos are deceptive. Ground‑floor rooms open to a wall, giving a dungeon vibe, which is odd when the hotel touts a view. The rooms are dirty with dust layers, housekeeping never comes, and there were cockroaches in the toilet. Their room categories—Standardx, Deluxe, etc.—don’t actually differ.

The location is absolutely gorgeous. The snow capped mountains are visible from the window. The garden area is beautiful to relax. It's away from the hustle bustle of the mall road. 10 AM checkout is too early. Breakfast is also available for just 2 hrs

The location and rooms are comfortable. Some plastic items in the nature area bother me; since the property is surrounded by nature, its unique selling point needs protection.

Everything was perfect except the location if you plan to spend most of your time on Mall Road.
