Very cheap 1 night stopover close to what we needed. Quiet laneway too and friendly staff who helped resolve issues What do you expect from $20 a night?. No top sheet just an old light blanket but staff gave us a sheet after using Google translate haha No loo paper as in many places in Asia and a bit grubby but it was only 1 night

While there was hot water in the shower, the faucet was a bit leaky, spraying water everywhere. The air conditioning worked fine, and the bed was comfortable. However, our room was quite dimly lit, and the bathroom was in a sorry state, with a dirty bathtub and a generally unclean atmosphere.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that was in a state of utter disarray. The facilities were filthy, and the staff seemed completely unbothered by the guests' complaints. It was as if they were conducting some sort of bizarre social experiment to see how guests would react to such poor conditions. The booking process was also a hassle, with the hotel insisting that I pay a fee at the reception desk despite having already paid online.

I recently stayed at an old hotel that was in dire need of renovation. The dirty wall paint and outdated fixtures were a major turn-off, and the toilet bowl was in a particularly poor state. While I understand that hotels can't be perfect, this one seemed to be struggling to keep up with even the most basic maintenance tasks.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, thanks to its quiet location and proximity to downtown. The hotel's restaurant was also a highlight, serving up delicious food that was just a short walk from my room. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel's amenities and would definitely consider staying here again.
