It was a beautiful room and the staff were very lovely. Just the location being across from the emergency department and the noises.

I loved everything – the staff were beautiful, friendly and helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone; we’ll be back soon! The location is great.🥰

Excellent location with museums, art galleries and the harbour/ferries just a short walk away, and the Salamanca area is about a 10‑minute walk. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and the staff were super helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The only downside was that breakfast offered only one dairy‑free option; I’d have liked more variety and flexibility.
