There were no positives, and the property was filthy, littered with Nip Bottles, trash, and old clothing. I requested a later check‑out but was only offered noon, even though I needed more time, and the front desk manager showed no empathy.

I didn't have any positives to mention, but there were brand spots in the bedding and mold on the shower screen.

I stopped here while biking the GAP/C&O trail, and this place turned out to be much nicer than other spots with similar rates. The room came fully equipped with towels, travel‑pack tissues, and a fridge. It was scorching outside, yet the AC was efficient and quiet. Everyone was very friendly, and the hotel sits close to several restaurants and shops. I did hear people chatting early in the morning, around 4:30 or 5:00, but I doubt the owners could do much about that, and other motels I’ve stayed at were noisier.
