I have contacted the property directly, and the owner confirmed that he no longer owns or manages this property. He also stated that he has not been affiliated with for the past three years. He cannot provide us with access to the property because he is no longer responsible for it. He advised us to contact directly regarding this issue. Please investigate this urgently and let us know what happened with our booking, as we currently have no access to the property.
