The bathroom in my room was spacious and modern. The property also has a small kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The location is also very good: all the main metro stops are close enough to reach the main attractions of Barcelona in about a half‑hour. I ran into several issues. First, the room photos are somewhat misleading, as the spaces look smaller than they appear online. Regarding the room, I expected a double bed and a single, but there were three single beds instead. The power outlets behind the headboard are quite inconvenient. The biggest problem was the parking and the host’s assistance: I had booked a nearby parking spot, whose cameras poorly read foreign plates, and I had informed the owner before leaving. He assured me he would sort it out, but he didn’t. At checkout I tried contacting him repeatedly with no response. The parking assistance also remained unreachable for a long time; only after a half‑hour of nerve‑racking wait did they finally open the barrier.

The peace and accessibility to public transport were great. The cleaning staff were very attentive and pleasant. The concierge at the arranged parking was never in his spot when you needed him.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff very friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. They offer free coffee, you can cook, and there’s a fridge so you can buy and keep your things.

The property was absolutely spotless. There were excellent facilities and the staff were very accommodating with great suggestions. The room itself was also perfect and could not ask for a better place to stay!
