Everything else was fine, but the toilet plumbing wasn’t working and at 6am on check‑out the neighboring room was making a tremendous amount of noise; I mentioned both problems to staff, who seemed uncaring, offered no apology or courtesy, and took no action to fix either issue.
The coffee was amazing.
“Pet friendly hotel, great! Thank you!”
I found the place nice and easy to navigate, but the elevator was a bit of a hassle.
