Care house turned out to be a great bargain and a hidden treasure; the property manager Anthony was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, his hospitality truly shining through. The rooms were simple yet thoughtfully designed, clean, and very comfortable, and I’d call the place a historic gem that’s getting a few cosmetic updates inside and out, but that didn’t spoil its character or our stay. The neighborhood is convenient, close to shops and eateries, and only 15 to 20 minutes from major sights. Other guests were friendly too, making this a fantastic budget option for travelers who want to spend more on experiences. The only downside was the ongoing minor cosmetic work, which didn’t make any noise or affect us, but future guests might want to know. Also, some rooms share bathrooms; they were always clean and stocked, but people not used to that should be informed ahead of time.
