The stay was perfect, the room was clean, and the only issue was that the shower door didn’t close properly, though the shower itself worked well; the staff were happy to help at all times and very friendly, and there was nothing else to dislike.

The place was very welcoming, the room was spotless, and the food and service were good; the only downside was that the car park was completely full, leaving very little room to maneuver and only one tiny spot to find.

The location was spot on, right in the middle of Chipping Norton town centre, and dinner and breakfast were perfect; Ben ran a great business, made us feel warm and very welcome, and there was nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was excellent, and we received complimentary drinks in our room, which was a lovely touch; the carpet in our room was a bit stained and looked tired, and people sat outside at night, which disturbed us with noise.
