The only thing that worked was the bed; everything else was a mess.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location and the helpful staff. They made sure I felt welcome and assisted me with any queries I had. The area surrounding the hotel is quite convenient, and I appreciated the staff's friendly demeanor.

“Its a pleasant stay. it can be better if the hotel has more light”

Upon checking in, I was initially underwhelmed by the hotel's appearance, as the front lobby seemed deserted due to the empty and dark glass rooms on either side. However, I suggested that the reception area be moved to the front for a more welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, I noticed that the curtains in the fourth-floor hallway seemed to be hiding an unappealing wall, and the hallway itself was quite dimly lit.

I must commend the hotel staff for their kindness and willingness to help. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it's certainly not their fault that we were ultimately dissatisfied. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in terms of cleanliness, with worn-out furniture, dirty carpets, and excessive dust and grime. We even had to switch rooms due to a lingering smoke smell and dust, only to find that the second room had a strong odor of sewage from the bathroom.
