The place was in an amazing spot, near the beach, supermarket, and restaurants, and it was a great space to relax. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and common areas were spacious and great. Fred was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this stay.

The place is close to the beach and Freud was friendly. Honestly, I don't recommend: I booked a female shared room. The picture didn't match. I stayed in the cramped part, with inconveniences, heat, poor ventilation, it felt like a storage room, damp stains, bad spring mattress. I could change the mattress and sleep on a sofa bed. At night, with the window open, I could hear noises from inner courtyards, smell of barbecue. The towel they left was bad, I didn't use it because it smelled really bad, the odor was nauseating when hanging. I think everything could be cleaner overall. The exterior for leaving boards was also bad, disorganized. I feel it's a house that hasn't been updated or improved since the start (photos that appear) and it's not pleasant or welcoming. It lacks utensils like pans and pots in good condition. One day the trash bin didn't change things and they were still piling up on one side.

The location is very good, within walking distance of the beach, easy parking, many restaurants nearby. It smelled damp and wasn't very clean, especially the outside of the house.

Beds were very comfortable, the place had plenty of space inside and outside, and the staff were very welcoming.
