The location, gym, and beautiful exterior were great, yet my room wasn't clean—the pillowcase was dirty and the air conditioner barely worked.

The hotel was wonderful in a beautiful setting; we stayed in two rooms, enjoyed an excellent gym and tennis courts, and appreciated its historic vibe, though the rooms were small and parking was only moderately acceptable.
