The spot is gorgeous, the pool stays in top shape, every apartment comes with its own private seating area, and you can grill if you wish. The only downside was the extremely weak wifi signal in our unit.

The view, the pool and the architecture are impressive, yet the rooms were not very clean, the staff was virtually absent, the property needs more investment, and the services fall short.

“Esperienza ideale”

The place is stunning, tucked in greenery and ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful stay. The apartments are neat and fully equipped, even offering a private covered patio perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The pool is spotless and the entire property is maintained impeccably. A special shout‑out to the owner, a genuinely helpful and caring individual who devotes time to make guests’ experiences as pleasant as possible. Meeting him and staying here was a real pleasure. I would highly recommend this spot, even for families with kids or guests traveling with pets, and I’ll definitely come back.

“Bella e immesa nel verde q”

The hotel is genuinely beautiful, spacious and set in greenery, with a lovely pool, and our room was large plus we liked the private outdoor area with little tables; the location works perfectly for wandering around the villages on Lake Trasimeno, yet the welcome was poor because staff couldn’t locate our reservation, breakfast wasn’t included and there wasn’t even a pod coffee machine, which is a drawback given the isolation and the need to drive to the nearest bar; the fridge lacked even a welcome bottle of water, which would have helped us travelling with two kids and a dog, and the room was riddled with spider webs and live and dead insects, even a wasp in the bathroom.

Everything was flawless. The property was clean and fully equipped, the location was excellent, and the owner was attentive and helpful.
