The room’s view was amazing, but from the moment we got there the staff’s hostile attitude made us feel uneasy. We were led up a steep staircase with big steps that aren’t suitable for anyone with limited mobility, and had to pass a filthy public toilet area with mud on the floor. Inside the room there was a strange odor and mold on the pillows. When we went upstairs to ask about renting scooters, the staff just talked and laughed among themselves, which felt very unpleasant. We left immediately after booking another hotel, all while being met with sarcastic remarks and mocking laughter. The price is low, but this is simply unacceptable!

The view was beautiful, the room was clean and smelled of fresh linens, and the restaurant served very good food at reasonable prices. The water was warm. I had read previous reviews and still don’t understand some of the comments.
